Know your storage.
Measure the difference.

Jazz Disk Bench measures sequential and random read/write performance. Test your device, explore real results, and compare storage configurations.

Measure what matters

From large files to small operations.

Understand the tests →
01 / SEQUENTIAL

Read. Write. Transfer.

Measure continuous read and write speeds to understand how your storage handles large files.

02 / RANDOM

Look beyond peak speed.

Test 4 KiB random reads and writes at queue depth 1, with one thread. Explore speeds and IOPS.

03 / STRESS

Watch performance over time.

Use sustained writes to explore storage behaviour during longer workloads.

A few useful answers.

All questions →
What does Jazz Disk Bench measure?

Sequential and 4 KiB random read/write speed, with stress testing for longer write workloads. The results database shows average read/write measurements grouped by Model, capacity and platform.

Can I compare different storage capacities?

Yes. Each comparison item includes its Model and capacity. You can compare 512 GB with 256 GB, including two capacities of the same Model.

Does a test read my personal files?

No. Tests use temporary benchmark files. Your personal files are not read as benchmark data. Read the privacy policy.
